3. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

3.3 When the Right to Cancel is Lost (CCR 2013)

Your right to cancel is lost if the goods have been unsealed after delivery (for goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery). This applies to dietary supplements, which cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

3.4 Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order during the cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). We may deduct from the reimbursement if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Return Conditions

4.1 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Products must be in a resalable condition
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products must not have been tampered with or damaged by the customer

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products that have been damaged through customer misuse

5. Return Process

5.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided

5.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You are exercising your statutory cancellation rights within the 14-day cooling-off period

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • Inspection Period: 5 business days to inspect the returned item(s)
  • Refund Processing: 14 days from the date of approval
  • Bank Processing: An additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

6.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

7. Damaged or Defective Items

7.1 Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@shrexxonax.world. We require notification within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

7.2 Resolution Options

For damaged or defective items, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund, including return shipping costs
  • A replacement product at no additional cost

8. Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
